    We have stayed at the Franklin In for years, and even thru the change of ownership. We find the personnel very hospitable and helpful. In particular we were out of pocket for a period. When we returned we were very pleased to meet Amanda in the office and Rod in his capacity. They were very helpful to us and were more than prompt in handling any of our affairs we needed assistance in. The are a great asset to the establishment , we even had opportunity to meet the owners , they were very gracious and accommodating. All and all we consider it the best place to stay in carrabelle!

    Listen, I was all about those local seafood joints! The fresh catch turned out to be a culinary masterpiece. The convenient ice maker and comfy washer/dryer on-site were the cherry on top ! It's a gem hidden close to the beach.

    Just don't expect much after dark, bring your own light if you must.

    The clean rooms and great price, and being just a 5-minute walk to camp gordon johnston wwii museum really added to my experience of strolling through the area. The nearby cro crooked river lighthouse was a lovely landmark to visit too. For families, there's plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring.

    The Franklin Inn provided a clean and cozy Queen room with comfortable bedding. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the convenient ice maker on-site kept our refreshments cool. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions.

    The kids had a blast at the nearby Apalachicola Airboat Excursions, and the hotel was well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, super convenient for late-night snacks. Car parking was right outside our door.

    My kids wished there were more options for family-friendly activities on-site. A pool would have been perfect for their downtime.
